Eligibility
- Must be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
- Must hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1 status at the time of application.
- Must be an organisation; funding is not available directly to individuals or government bodies.
- Limited to a maximum of one application per organisation.
- Preference is given to Victorian organisations and programmes, though those with a national focus or broader community relevance outside Victoria may also be considered.
Benefits
Successful applicants can receive grants of up to $50,000 for one-year projects designed to help young people overcome barriers to wellbeing, education, employment, housing, and social participation.
How to Apply
The grant process utilizes a two-stage approach:
- Stage 1 (Expression of Interest): Eligible organisations must submit an EOI through the online application portal when submissions open.
- Stage 2 (Full Application): Only selected organisations will be invited to submit a full application, budget, and supporting documentation.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the Foundation's FY26–29 Strategy, Grant Guidelines, and Funding Exclusions before starting their submission.

Expressions of Interest open on Friday, 11 September 2026 at 9:00 AM and close on Thursday, 1 October 2026 at 12:00 PM midday.
