The Equity Initiative Fellowship 2027–2028, also known as the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity in Southeast Asia (AFHESEA), is an immersive leadership development program created to build a new generation of leaders addressing health inequity. Supported by the CMB Foundation, the program forms part of the global Atlantic Fellows network and explores systemic causes of inequality such as education, employment, and social conditions.
