Overview
The EY Foundation is seeking a Policy and Research Officer to join its Influence Team on a permanent basis. This role is open to applicants based in London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Glasgow, operating under a hybrid working model with at least one day per week required in the office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the Foundation's influence function by conducting research, strengthening the evidence base, and supporting external policy and public affairs work.

Eligibility
Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline such as social sciences, education, economics, public policy, or research.
Demonstrated professional experience coordinating or delivering research and evaluation projects.
Extensive experience using evidence to influence policy, programme design, and strategy.
Strong knowledge of the policy landscape in England and Scotland regarding young people, education, skills, and employment.
Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
