The European Union Delegation to the International Organisations in Vienna is offering funded traineeships for young graduates across several diplomatic sections. The 2027 traineeship call covers the United Nations Section, the OSCE Section, the Nuclear and Non-Proliferation Section, and the Administrative/Head of Delegation Section. Traineeships last for up to six months, with an anticipated earliest start in March 2027 and possible additional intake during the second semester of 2027.

Eligibility
- For the UN, OSCE, and Nuclear and Non-Proliferation sections, applicants must hold a relevant Master's degree.
- For the Administrative and Head of Delegation section, a relevant Bachelor's degree is sufficient, and B2-level German language skills are required.
- Candidates must have less than one year of professional experience after graduation at the time of signing the traineeship agreement.
- Applicants must not have more than six weeks of previous experience in European Union institutions.
- Specialist sections require excellent English language proficiency.
