Overview
The Erasmus Mundus Master’s Program in Public Policy (Mundus MAPP) is a two-year, full-time, in-person joint master’s programme designed to prepare future leaders for careers in public policy, government, international organizations, civil society, and the private sector. Delivered by a consortium of four European institutions—Central European University Private University, the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam, Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, and the University of York—students choose one of four international mobility tracks.

Eligibility
- Open to both European and third-country nationals from around the world.
- Applicants must hold at least a three-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher-education institution with an Upper Second / 2.1 or equivalent, representing a minimum GPA of 3.17 out of 4.0.
- Applicants with degrees exclusively in natural sciences or engineering are not eligible.
- Must meet English-language proficiency requirements (such as TOEFL iBT 95+, IELTS Academic 7.0+, or accepted equivalents) unless eligible for an exemption.
- Must satisfy compulsory international physical mobility rules across two different countries.
How to Apply
Admissions are administered centrally through Central European University. Candidates must select a single mobility track, complete the online application form, upload supporting documentation, submit proof of English proficiency, and indicate their desire for financial-aid consideration before the deadline.
Deadline
Applications for financial aid and early self-funded candidates must be submitted by 1 December 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time (CET). Later deadlines apply for self-funded applicants depending on residency status.
