Emerging Leaders Programme 2026–2027: Leadership Development Opportunity for Mid-Level Executives Across Africa
The UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme 2026–2027 is a six-month intensive leadership development experience designed for mid-level executives across Africa. It combines predominantly online learning with selected face-to-face sessions to strengthen leadership capabilities.

Overview
The Emerging Leaders Programme 2026–2027 is organised by the UONGOZI Institute in collaboration with the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management. Delivered over a period of six months across six modules, the curriculum features a blended model consisting of 85% e-learning and 15% face-to-face sessions. The initiative focuses on building self-awareness, developing resilience, embracing a growth mindset, and mobilising others to create meaningful change.

Eligibility
- Professional Experience: At least five years of total work experience.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience.
- Academic Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills to manage the online learning environment.
