Overview
Education Cannot Wait (ECW), through its Acceleration Facility (AF), is seeking qualified organizations, project developers, and technical service providers to design and implement an innovative two-year pilot programme in Ethiopia. The initiative explores how school-based clean cooking solutions can generate high-quality carbon credits to unlock climate finance for education.
The pilot will be executed in three distinct phases: Feasibility and Pilot Design, Pilot Implementation, and Carbon Credit Generation and Learning. Selected partners will conduct feasibility assessments, deploy clean cooking technologies, establish monitoring and verification frameworks, and generate evidence to help scale the initiative.
