Eligibility
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of an EU Member State, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.

- Prior EU Experience: Must not have previously benefited from any formal or informal, paid or unpaid employment or traineeship within an EU institution, agency, body, delegation, or representative office.
