DT Global P4SP Program Officer Job 2027–2029: Remote International Development Opportunity in Australia and Fiji
DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a qualified Program Officer to support the Partnerships for Social Protection (P4SP) program on a full-time basis from January 2027 to September 2029. This is primarily a remote, home-based position with options to be based in Fiji or select Australian cities.

Overview
The Partnerships for Social Protection (P4SP) program is an Australian Government-supported initiative commissioned through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and implemented by DT Global Asia Pacific. The program focuses on strengthening national social protection systems across Pacific nations. The Program Officer will support regional activity implementation, learning initiatives, research, communications, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
This is a full-time position offering a contract running from January 2027 until September 2029. While primarily a remote home-based role, the successful candidate may be based in Fiji, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide, and may occasionally be required to attend DT Global office locations and participate in domestic and international travel.
Eligibility
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in international development, social policy, public policy, project management, communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience in areas such as program management, project coordination, research, communications, monitoring and evaluation, or learning and development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in workplace tools including Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, and Canva.
- Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Have Australian residency, Fijian residency, or a current valid work permit for the location where they are based.
