The programme combines structured online learning, individual expert consultations, peer collaboration, applied project development, and a mandatory residential training week in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Fellows complete approximately 120 hours of structured engagement over four quarters while maintaining their current professional positions.

Eligibility
- Open to senior, established, or emerging leaders shaping institutional policy, strategy, research, or innovation across government, public institutions, intergovernmental organisations, academia, industries, and civil society.

- Applicants must show leadership potential, institutional or regional impact, commitment to public value, and readiness to engage with interdisciplinary challenges.
- Strong professional and academic English proficiency is required to actively participate in discussions, read assigned materials, and produce written outputs.
- Ability to travel and attend the mandatory in-person Cambridge residency without remote participation alternatives.
How to Apply
