Overview

The UK-Ireland Digital Humanities Association presents the Advocacy & Engagement Fellowship for the 2026/27 cycle. This twelve-month opportunity focuses on strengthening advocacy, supporting stakeholder engagement, and advancing the core theme of Openness and Transparency across the UK and Ireland.

Eligibility

  • Must be a resident of the United Kingdom or Ireland.
  • Open to academic researchers, digital practitioners, technical professionals, and galleries, libraries, archives, and museums (GLAM) sector professionals.
  • Underrepresented groups in digital humanities are particularly encouraged to apply.
  • Joint applications for job-sharing arrangements are accepted.

Applicants must submit their documentation as PDF files via email. Required materials include an application form, a maximum two-page curriculum vitae, a proposal of up to 1,000 words, an implementation plan of up to 500 words, an optional equality and diversity form, and a letter of support if currently enrolled as a student or employed by an organization.
