The Government of the Czech Republic offers fully funded scholarships for international students from developing countries to pursue higher education. Eligibility
- Open to nationals from eligible developing countries, such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus (democratic forces), Ethiopia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Zambia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Guatemala, and Jordan.
- Citizens and residents of the Czech Republic or the European Union are not eligible.
- Applicants for follow-up Master's programs must hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Applicants for Doctoral programs must hold a relevant Master's degree.
- Candidates must meet specific language proficiency and university entrance test requirements.
