Overview
The Council of Europe World Forum for Democracy Youth Delegation 2026 brings up to 50 young people to Strasbourg, France. Selected delegates participate in the 14th edition of the World Forum for Democracy under the theme "Rupture or Renewal? Democratic Security for Our Future." The programme includes online preparations from September to October 2026, arrival in Strasbourg on 30 October 2026, pre-event training on 31 October and 1 November, the World Forum for Democracy on 2–3 November, and a dedicated Youth Day on 4 November, before departing on 5 November 2026.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18–30 years old.
- Must be able to work autonomously in English.
- Must represent a youth organisation and/or youth movement active at local, regional, national, or international levels.
- Must be fully available for all online and in-person stages of the programme.
- Must be capable of following up on the Forum's outcomes within their organisations and communities.
