Overview
The Conciliation Resources Internship 2026 offers a 5-month fixed-term paternity cover role as Programme Manager for the West Africa Programme, based in Accra, Ghana. Participants support peacebuilding and conflict prevention projects across the tri-border area of Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, and northeast Nigeria.

Eligibility
- Experience working in a programme, administrative, or support role within an international development, humanitarian, or peacebuilding organisation.
- Experience supporting financial management, budget preparation, and monitoring expenditure.
- Strong understanding of peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and governance in West Africa.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; working knowledge of French is highly desirable.
- Must possess the right to live and work in Ghana.
