Collective Mind Collaboration Fellows 2026–2027: Apply for a Global Co-Creation Fellowship
Collective Mind invites experienced collaboration practitioners worldwide to join a year-long fellowship and help co-create a new AI-powered collaboration tool. Participants gain free platform access, global networking opportunities, and lifelong fellow status.

Overview
The Collective Mind Collaboration Fellows programme 2026–2027 is a year-long, global opportunity for experienced professionals working with networks, coalitions, alliances, partnerships, and other collaborative organizations. The initiative brings together practitioners to help co-create and influence the design, rollout, and improvements of a new AI-powered collaboration tool known as the Compass.
The fellowship spans two distinct phases:
- Phase 1: Co-Creation (September 2026 – February 2027) - Fellows contribute to the Compass knowledge base by capturing and sharing their expertise in areas like strategy, resource mobilization, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). To proceed to the second phase, fellows must make at least two contributions during this period.
- Phase 2: Community Building (March – August 2027) - Fellows engage with each other, experts, and platform users while receiving free access to the Compass.
Eligibility
Applicants must be experienced collaboration practitioners working in or alongside networks, coalitions, alliances, partnerships, or other collaborative organizations on a global scale. Focus areas for the programme include strategy, resource mobilization, MEL, and collaboration.
Benefits
- Six months of free access to the Compass starting from its February 2027 launch, with extension opportunities via referrals.
- Access to platform resources, AI coaches, discussions, and events for learning and support.
- Official recognition as a tool contributor, with potential publishing and promotion across Collective Mind channels.
- Opportunities to be highlighted as an expert during discussions and events.
- Networking connections to diverse global practitioners and a dedicated shared space for fellows-only calls.
- Lifelong fellow status with ongoing connections to Collective Mind beyond the formal one-year term.
