Women for Women International is seeking an experienced global development leader to serve as its permanent Chief Programs & Partnerships Officer. This executive role directs global program strategy, institutional fundraising, and partnerships across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

Overview
Women for Women International (WfWI) invites seasoned international development and humanitarian leaders to apply for the permanent executive position of Chief Programs & Partnerships Officer (CPPO). As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPPO serves as the International CEO's principal strategic advisor and oversees global program strategy, quality assurance, innovative interventions, the Crisis Response Fund, and institutional business development.
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as International Development, Gender Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences, alongside at least 15 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit management or humanitarian action. Applicants must have proven expertise in fragile and conflict-affected settings, institutional fundraising, change management, and leading geographically dispersed teams.
Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must already possess the legal authorization to work in one of the approved countries: Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Nigeria, Iraq, Germany, the United Kingdom, or the United States. WfWI does not sponsor work visas or provide relocation support.
