Girls Leadership, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping girls and gender-expansive youth develop confidence, leadership, and social-emotional skills, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer. Managed by Carrington Talent Group, this full-time senior executive position is fully remote and US-based, requiring the leader to guide a remote team, report to the Board of Directors, and travel domestically as needed.
Eligibility
- At least seven years of enterprise-level executive leadership experience within the nonprofit or social-impact sector.
- Demonstrated record of fundraising and revenue generation, including experience with six- and seven-figure gifts.
- Proven experience leading organizations through periods of transition and growth.
- Deep commitment to advancing gender and racial equity through lived experience, professional connections, or personal background.
- Familiarity with nonprofit financial management, including budgeting, cash-flow management, and long-term sustainability.
- Willingness and ability to meet regular domestic travel requirements.
