Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
- Must commit to returning to your home country for at least two years following the completion of the award.
- Must apply for a full-time master's degree program lasting between 12 months.
- Must hold an undergraduate degree equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honors degree in the UK.
- Must have applied to three different eligible university courses and received at least one unconditional offer letter.
- Must possess a minimum of two years or 2,800 hours of work experience.
- Ineligible groups include British citizens (with minor exceptions for British overseas territories from Hong Kong), refugees in non-Chevening countries, current or former employees (and their relatives) of Her Majesty's Government, the Association of Commonwealth Universities, or relevant Chevening partner organizations, as well as individuals already studying under UK government funding.
How to Apply
Candidates must apply online via the Online Application System (OAS). It is recommended to use a laptop or PC with Google Chrome rather than a mobile device. The application requires accurate contact details, responses to four essay questions (between 100 and 500 words each), and two professional reference letters. Document uploads must be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, under 5MB, with file names not exceeding 50 characters.
