Eligibility
- Must be a citizen and resident of an eligible European country or territory, such as Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.
- Must possess a postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional training.
- Must have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be working as a mid-career professional in government, defence, security, law enforcement, intelligence, civil protection, resilience, or a security-focused international organization in an influential role.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to applying gained knowledge and networks within their home country or organization.
