Central Asia Youth Dialogue Forum 2026 in Kyrgyzstan: Fully Funded OSCE Workshop on Preventing Youth Engagement in Criminal Activities
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is inviting young people from Central Asia to participate in a fully funded regional workshop in Kyrgyzstan focused on preventing youth engagement in criminal activities.

Overview
The Central Asia Youth Dialogue Forum is a regional youth-focused initiative organized by the OSCE through the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities. The workshop brings together up to 25 young participants for five days of interactive learning, regional dialogue, networking, and project development. Selected individuals will examine major security and crime challenges affecting communities, such as organized crime recruitment, drug trafficking, financial crime, online risks, and gender dimensions of crime prevention.

Eligibility
- Age: Must be 18 to 25 years old by 4 October 2026.
- Citizenship: Must be citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
- Language: Must be fluent in English, as no interpretation will be provided.
- Experience: Must have experience or a strong interest in youth crime prevention, community engagement, rule of law, financial integrity, education, social development, or related fields.
- Availability: Must be available to attend the full in-person programme from 5 to 9 October 2026 in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan.
