Eligibility

- Hold a PhD or equivalent research higher degree
- Have a PhD award date generally falling between March 1, 2012, and March 1, 2022 (extensions may apply for eligible career interruptions)
- Demonstrate a strong research record and evidence of leadership, training, supervision, or mentoring
- Have the capacity to build national and international collaborations
- Apply through an eligible Australian administering organisation

Applicants must complete their submission through designated online systems and institutional processes:
- Update your full profile in the RMS 'Person Profile' early.
- Complete the application in RMS and ensure the University of Queensland is listed as the Administering Organisation.
- Draft your documents using the provided templates and upload them into RMS.
- Generate a whole application PDF for your records, select 'Submit to Research Office' in RMS, and submit your Application Certification Form and UQ Pending and Newly Funded ARC grants form to the Research Office via email.
