Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of an ADB member country and a Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) eligible country
- Must not hold dual citizenship of any developed country
- Must currently reside and work in your home country
- Must possess at least two years of full-time professional work experience following a bachelor's degree
- Must be 35 years old or younger when applying
- Must demonstrate written and oral English proficiency
- Family income must not exceed US$50,000 per year, and individual income must not exceed US$25,000 per year
- Must not currently be enrolled in a graduate program or pursuing a second master's degree
