Overview
The APSIG 2026 Fellowship is an international capacity-building initiative designed for individuals from the Asia-Pacific region with an interest in Internet Governance. The programme brings together professionals, academics, researchers, emerging leaders, and civil society or government representatives to build knowledge and networks supporting an inclusive digital future.
The conference is tentatively scheduled to take place from 29 November to 3 December 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan.

Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a resident or from the Asia-Pacific region.
- Must possess a strong interest, background, or relevant knowledge in Internet Governance.
- Open to professionals, academics, researchers, civil society members, and government or non-government organization representatives.
- Must have sufficient English proficiency to engage in sessions conducted in English.
- APSIG alumni are ineligible to apply.
- Applicants should demonstrate motivation and a clear plan for community engagement following the programme.
