Overview

The AFS Youth Assembly is seeking alumni to fill Impact Coordinator positions as part of the Alumni Impact Network. Selected coordinators will serve a two-year term across six major geographic regions: Africa, Asia and Oceania, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Middle East and North Africa, and North America. The role centers on connecting regional alumni, supporting social-impact initiatives, facilitating collaboration, and helping changemakers transition from ideas to actionable community projects.

Eligibility

    Must have previously participated in an official session of the AFS Youth Assembly.

    Prior experience with youth engagement, mentoring, or launching social ventures and community projects.
    Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and digital networking capabilities.
    Proficiency in written and spoken English, alongside reliable internet and computer access.
