The Africa Matters Future Pathways Fellowship is a nine-month leadership and professional development programme delivered by the Africa Matters Initiative (AMI) in partnership with Africa Career Networks (ACN). Running from August 2026 to May 2027, the initiative helps emerging North African professionals build practical leadership skills, navigate career transitions, access mentorship, and expand their regional networks.
Eligibility
- Be a national of Egypt or Morocco.
- Be a current participant or alumnus/alumna of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, African Leadership Academy (ALA) (alumni only), or African Leadership University (ALU).
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to community development.
