Overview
Organized by the AEGIX Institute, the Emerging Scholars Program runs from November 2026 through April 2027 with a flexible duration of approximately three to six months. Operating on a part-time, hybrid basis with online seminars, the fellowship connects participants with expert discussions, supervised research projects, and institutional publications such as policy memos and intelligence briefings. Graduates are also inducted into the Emerging Scholars Network for ongoing collaboration.

Eligibility
