The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry-level recruitment opportunity designed for talented individuals aiming to build a career in international development. Selected participants will be placed on an initial 3-year term based at the ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

Eligibility
- Open to nationals of ADB member countries
- Must be 32 years old or younger upon joining ADB
- Must hold a university degree (bachelor's degree completed) in fields such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sectors like climate change, finance, education, energy, public health, transport, urban planning, or agriculture
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
