The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry-level recruitment initiative designed for talented professionals seeking a career in international development. Successful candidates join ADB as Young Professionals (YP1) to support economic and social development across the Asia-Pacific region. Placements occur in either an operations department or a direct operational support department, based at ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
Eligibility
- Open to nationals of ADB's 69 member countries.
- Must be not more than 32 years old upon joining ADB.
- Holds a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or other fields relevant to ADB operations (post-graduate degree preferred).
- Requires at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, though a PhD may be considered in lieu of work experience.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
