ACET Procurement Intern 2026 in Ghana

Overview
The African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), a Pan-African economic policy institute headquartered in Accra, Ghana, is seeking a Procurement Intern. This role involves supporting procurement operations, tendering, supplier management, contract administration, compliance, and reporting across institutional and donor-funded initiatives.
The internship runs from the time of appointment through 31 December 2026.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet specific educational and professional experience requirements across one of three pathways:
- Route 1: A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management plus at least two years of relevant post-degree procurement experience.
- Route 2: A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (such as Business Administration, Law, or Quantity Surveying) plus at least three years of relevant post-degree procurement experience.
- Route 3: A Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field plus at least one year of relevant post-degree procurement experience.
Prior experience working in donor-funded projects, NGOs, development organisations, or with procurement frameworks from multilateral development banks is considered an advantage.
