Overview

The 2027 Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Analyst Opportunity is a 9-week summer internship within JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Consumer Banking business. The program is designed to provide selected students with practical corporate experience, exposure to various business functions, and a potential pathway to full-time opportunities after graduation.

The program is available in three U.S. locations:

  • Columbus, Ohio
  • Wilmington, Delaware
  • Plano, Texas

Eligibility

Applicants must meet specific academic, graduation, and work authorization criteria:

  • Degree Level: Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.), fifth-year Master of Arts (M.A.), or fifth-year Master of Science (M.S.) degree.
  • Graduation Window: Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. JPMorgan Chase does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support for this program.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, effective communication and teamwork capabilities, and project management skills. Coursework in finance, economics, analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, information systems, or emerging technology is considered an advantage.
